    Process improvements on the basis of maturity models

    I accompany you on your way to achieving your business goals in development, either for individual process areas or the entire improvement initiative.

    In doing so, I draw on many years of experience in the common maturity models:

    CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a capability and maturity model put together by SEI (Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University) in collaboration with industry representatives, and contains a systematic preparation of best practices to support organizational improvement.

    ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) is a maturity model for developing and evaluating the performance of ECU suppliers‘ development processes in the automotive industry. It is derived from the international standard ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE) and is limited to core development processes.
