Who am I?

Quality management is more than just a task,
You have to live quality management to make it successful!

I have been working in the field of quality management for more than 25 years. I started when quality management was still in its infancy in Germany. So I was able to use and experience the important developments in practice.

I know both sides of the development very well. I started my professional career as a software and systems developer. After moving „to the other side“, I worked for more than 10 years as a quality manager in responsible positions for well-known technology companies as well as 8 years as a consultant in renowned consulting firms before I started my own business.

Standing on your own two feet

In 2009, I set up my own business as a consultant. In this business I bring all my experience from the various activities in different industries. I get support from an actively maintained network of excellent partners, which I have built up over the years.
